Tessellated Owl Fabric!

I converted my favorite tessellation from my tessel challenge into a computerized version in order to enter it into Spoonflower's limited palette bird contest. I'm really happy with how it turned out! This was my first time using a vector graphics program (Inkscape), so I had to tweak my design based on what I could figure out how to do before the contest deadline.

I had some trouble with outlines and filling areas and especially getting everything to match up well when I tesselled the design. But I really enjoyed doing it and plan to enter future contests as a push to play around more with computer design.

I also ordered a swatch of my fabric - super excited to see how it looks in person.
